To Vastly Improve Our Physical Space To Worship, Grow, and Serve

Transformed Worship Space

A Larger, Level Stage Platform

• Our stage platform will be enlarged by over 300 square feet by removing the front storage area and sacristy.
• Our preachers and worship leaders will have more space and opportunities to lead services together. Baptismal families will have room to gather and celebrate with the pastor at the baptismal font.
• Dedicated band, choir, and bell choir space with enhanced visibility will enable everyone to better appreciate the beautiful music and talents of our music leaders and performers.
• A ramp will make our stage area accessible to all. 

Improved Audio-Visual System

• New audio and video technology will greatly enhance everyone’s worship experience through improved sound and visuals.
• The new technology, microphones, and speakers will be easier to use.
• Better live-streaming equipment will enable us to fulfill our desire to reach beyond our walls to transform other lives through Christ.

Improved Lighting System

• People will notice a remarkable improvement in their worship experience with better ambient and stage lighting.  
• The system will be more energy and cost effective.

New Fellowship, Activity, & Meeting Space

Large Group Fellowship & Activity Space

• This large, attractive, dedicated large group space will allow us to keep the sanctuary arranged for services.
• We will be able to host community-building activities like Serve Sundays, breakfasts, brunches, and dinners.
• There will be convenient funeral lunch and wedding reception space.
• We can host youth activities, community meals, Vacation Bible School, the Women’s Christmas Brunch, Trunk or Treat, New Member classes, teacher training, Celebrate Communion, Countdown to Christmas Family Night, the Easter Egg Hunt, outreach events and service activities, as well as other larger group activities.
• Our preschool program will have a large indoor play area.
• This space can easily be offered for community use and rental.

Expanded, Subdividable Classroom & Meeting Spaces

• Dividers will make the space usable for multiple small to medium-sized classes and meetings to be held simultaneously.
• We will be able to accommodate several groups at once, alleviating many of our room scheduling challenges.

Larger, Full-Service Kitchen

• A new, full-service kitchen with more storage and food preparation space and commercial-grade appliances will enable us to cater a whole host of activities, meetings, and events.
• The kitchen will make the new fellowship space more rentable.   
• A small area of the existing kitchen will be remodeled as a coffee and serving area for Sundays and other smaller activities.

Improvements

Family Sized, More Easily Accessible Restroom
A new, convenient, accessible, family restroom will be added.

Additional, More Visible & Accessible Office Space  

• New church offices will be located in the northwest corner.  
• A new, exterior office entrance will enable staff to welcome and direct weekday church visitors.
• A large, convenient, comfortable, and confidential conference room.

Enhanced Security For Our Facility & Preschool

• The new office entrance will allow us to limit facility access.
• Preschool hallway safety doors requiring keycard access will be installed. This will help ensure a safer and more secure area so parents will know that their children are of primary importance to us.

Outdoor Community Patio

• A practical yet inviting open-air patio will be a place for our congregation and the wider community to come together.
• This outdoor space will be a gathering spot for casual meet-ups, Sunday coffee hours, large group gatherings, and more.
