Our Plans

Being a hospitable church is key. We want to make a warm and inviting first impression on everyone, and for that experience to only heighten as they move and meet our members inside.

 

Lower Level

Sunday School, LYO, & Fellowship Hall

Our lower level should serve as a place of gathering and connecting for our congregation and a place our children look forward to visiting. Our improvement plans will transform it into a more welcoming and accessible space that everyone can use. This mostly unused space will become another hub of our facility where people will connect socially, spiritually, and in learning as we live out our ministry and mission.

As a congregation committed to deepening our relationships with God, one another, and our community, we envision a facility that welcomes members, guests, and community groups by being safe, attractive, accessible by all physical abilities, and cost effective.

Upper Level West Wing

With our Upper Level West Wing used every weekday by both our church office staff and the ACC, it is imperative that this space be functional, durable, comfortable, and efficient. 

Many rooms and the hall will be remodeled to be light, bright, and more welcoming. New flooring and drywall will make the appearance less institutional.   

Air conditioning will be updated.  

 

Smart TVs will be added to the meeting rooms for use by both external and internal groups. 

Infrastructure

We have a goal to address infrastructure items to ensure safety and code compliance, improve accessibility, and preserve our facility for the future.

Maintenance

• Replace the West Wing roof.
• Install new main electrical panel.
• Install sump pump back-up power.
• Waterproof the foundation.
• Upgrade Wi-Fi network.
• Replace single-pane windows.

Safety & Security

• Upgrade security with alarm, deadbolts, and cameras.
• Update fire alarm system with strobes and pull stations.

Epiphany Center

The Epiphany Center will be modernized into a welcoming fellowship area that is more hospitible. Improved aesthetics and accessibility will be our primary focus.
